🤫 Keep it Down: Be kind to neighbors. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🚭 $500 charge for indoor smoking; outdoor smoking permitted.
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property
🐾 NO PETS ALLOWED
🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.
🎉 NO parties or large gatherings.
🏊‍♂️ Kids under 14 need adult supervision in the pool/backyard.
🧑‍🏫 Any under 18 unable to swim requires an adult watchful eye.
🐾 Paws Out of the Pool:
🚫 No furry friends allowed in the pool.
🏊‍♂️ The pool will be open late April to mid-October, weather permitting
🏊‍♂️ Pool liner love: Keep sharp claws at bay to prevent rips.
❗Avoid using plastic Mini Waste, including but not limited to confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, as well as pelletized materials like plastics, glass, metals, etc.
